WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.
HOW DO I START A RETURN/EXCHANGE
Email us at support@renovaapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the steps and provide a return label if needed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the funds to reflect in your account
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES
Yes! We offer size exchanges for the same item. Once your return is scanned at our warehouse, we'll ship out the new size. If it's out of stock, you'll receive a refund instead.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We're sorry about that! Contact us at support@renovaapparel.com with a photo and your order number. We'll fix it fast

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED AT POP-UP OR RENOVA EVENTS
Yes! Items bought in person at official Renova events can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Cash refunds will be issued as store credit.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we're working to expand soon!
