
RENOVA RETURN POLICY
At Renova, we stand behind every piece we create. But if something doesn't fit quite right or simply
wasn't what you expected, no worries-we've got your back. You have 30 days from the date your
order was delivered to return or exchange eligible items, as long as they're in their original condition.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
You can return any item within 30 days if it meets the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Free from damage, odors, or stains
- Includes valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Exceptions:
- Underwear and socks (unless unopened and sealed)
- Water bottles (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized items
- Items marked as Final Sale (discounted 60% or more) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
All returned items are subject to inspection. If the condition doesn't meet our standards, we won't be able to process a refund.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email support@renovaapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you
through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after your return is received and approved. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If a gift card was used for the order, your refund will go back to the card first
- Purchases made with cash at pop-ups will be refunded as store credit
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size. Your exchange will ship once the
return is scanned in at our warehouse. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued
instead.
SENDING MULTIPLE RETURNS?
Please return each order separately. We can't process combined packages from multiple orders,
and doing so may delay or void your refund.
POP-UP & EVENT RETURNS
Returns from Renova pop-up shops or events follow the same 30-day policy. You'll need to provide
an e-receipt or proof of purchase.
- Card purchases: refunded to the original method
- Cash purchases: refunded via store credit (e-gift card)
